4 of my paychecks from XXXX XXXX were not directly deposited into my account- the wrong account number was accidentally given on my direct deposit - XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) attempted to get funds returned but credit karma/ XXXX refused to return the funds nor did they deposit the checks in question into the correct account even after the mistake was identified by XXXX XXXX and myself .. checks are dated XXXX through XX/XX/2022 - Credit karma / XXXX requested the trace ID numbers- the I.D . numbers were provided with copies of the checks from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and they insist that no such trace ID number exists despite the fact that we have the copies from XXXX XXXX!!!
