i made my payment on XX/XX/2022 but becuase bank CHANGED THE LOAN NUMBER IN XXXX without any notice to me the payment was returned that caused that bank claims i was missing a payment after the payment was returned the bank reported my late payment to the 3 credit beuros, this is after the only problem was the bank it self!! I tried contacting the bank they simply laughed at me and didnt wan na help!! i was totally abused by the bank this is affecting me day to day bases as i can not get a new loan for a different property i have attched the 2 bank satments proof they changed the loan number for the same preperty adress and proof of payments from chas bank and the returen that i was not awaere of
