I bank with Wells Fargo and have been for over 10 years. I was viewing my last statement from XXXX to XXXX and I paid {$240.00} in overdraft fees. Six of them were in a 2 day period!! ( from XXXX to XXXX )!! I noticed that I was able to make purchases while in overdraft when I shouldn't have been able to. THIS year alone, I paid over {$770.00} in overdraft fees!!!! That's almost {$1000.00}!!! I've spoken to a personal banker, who couldn't refund ANY of it. Also, my car was repossessed in XXXX thru XXXX XXXX XXXX ( my lender ). I owed {$1400.00}. to get it back and paid {$1200.00} with the promise to pay the remaining {$200.00} when I got paid. I called and needed a few more days and they'd already sent my car to auction. When I got it back, they rekeyed my car and gave me a simple key with no fob to open my car with and didn't even start the car. Used my old key and fob to enter and start the car. Got a bill for {$290.00} for the key ( like a house key ) made for {$3.00} at XXXX and incurred monthly late fees for nonpayment. I didn't authorize my car to go to auction, didn't authorize a key, and couldn't afford the {$120.00} to file in small claims court because the battery was dead ( sat in the heat and got bad ), had to buy a new one, headlight ruined, and items missing from car. Need help with the predatory practice and the 18 % interest maybe. Each payment is {$6.00} processing fee. XXXX payments is {$180.00} in fees to MAKE the payment!!!
