I received a XXXX loan in 2021 for XXXX and it was deposited into my personal business account at Capital One. I withdrew the funds via cashiers check & deposited in my business account with XXXX. Before I was able to withdraw, I had to provide the bank with proof of business Registered and active in the I did so and funds was released. I continued doing business through capital one & was receiving payments via XXXX from my clients. In XXXX of 2021 capital decided to close my account and no longer do business with me because they suspected my loan was fraudulent. I submitted documentation to prove my business was legitimate, capital disregarded my emails and blocked me from accesss their services. They return my funds from my child 's minor account but still have XXXX frozen from my checking account.
