AmeriHome Mortgage company bought my mortgage from another company almost a year ago. In XXXX of this year I got a notice saying I owed {$990.00} in shortage. The shortage had to do with property insurance increase. I switched insurance companies that was {$620.00} a year less. Instead of my mortgage payment go down it went up to {$1300.00} The first insure reimbursed me {$1700.00} which I gave to AmeriHome Mortgage Co. to apply escrow. Now my mortgage payment went up from {$1500.00} to {$1700.00} in XX/XX/XXXX and will go up again starting XXXX to {$1700.00} a month. I was told because they paid the second insurance for the year also. The first insurance was paid on XX/XX/XXXX and cancelled on XX/XX/XXXX which equalled 5 months leaving 7 months for the new insurance to cover not XXXX mire months. The AmeriHome mortgage received {$1700.00} refund of what they paid the first ins. company. They want me to pay 2 months of escrow in advance by XX/XX/XXXX or my mortgage payment will be an additional payment of {$190.00} to my existing payment of {$1500.00} a month making it {$1700.00} in XX/XX/XXXX and in XX/XX/XXXX payment will increase again to {$1700.00} for 12 months unless I pay {$1300.00} by XX/XX/XXXX.
