Around or about the middle of XXXX or mid XX/XX/XXXX, I requested that Wells Fargo not pay a fraudulent charge in the approximate amount of {$600.00} that was charged to my non profit account XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo reversed the charge however upon consulting with Wells Fargo 's business checking unit, I was advised that the charges hadn't been reversed. The customer service representative made the reversal while I was placed on hold. When she came back to me, she informed me that the funds had been restored back into my account. I thanked her however, to my surprise approximately a month later I received a letter from Wells Fargo saying that my account was over drafted approximately {$550.00} and that I owed the bank the money back that was restored to my account. Upon consulting with Wells Fargo 's business unit, they informed me that that the bank made a mistake and was demanding the money back. When I couldn't pay for their mistake, they eventually closed the account that I had with the bank since XXXX. Wells Fargo did not offer me a monthly payment plan but instead use strong arm tactics and close my account due to their mistake. I would like a chance to re-open my account under fair terms.
