Attn : XXXX, NY Attorney General, Securities Exchange Commission I would like to make an official complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX and Experian XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, credit bureaus. Although I have sent very specific documents that show that not only was I not the owner of the XXXXXXXX XXXX card debt totaling {$890.00} but that these agencies aforementioned are in direct violation of my consumer rights. The violations that I have highlighted and addressed in the documents mailed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are the following : Violation of Consumer Rights Symbol on a document stating a debt is owed. Validation only the consumer can validate debts Harassment or abuse Civil liability Furnishing certain deceptive forms Legal action by debt collectors Unfair practices False and misleading Communication without permission. Acquisition of location of information Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting Obligation with respect to disclosure f personal information of the consumer Transactions other than under open end credit plan Apart from my list of violations I have also included : Exhibits, that show the inaccuracies that have remained on my credit report as a result of the errors made by XXXX, XXXX and Experian. Please find below a list of the documents that were also included in the package mailed to these aforementioned corporations. Letter of Dispute and Complaint Debt validation letter Affidavit of truth Notice to : Cease & Desist To date although I have made these agencies aware of their error this XXXX account remains on my personal credit. It is my intention to pursue this case in Federal Court next.
