XXXX XXXX as reported on my credit file with both XXXX and Experian has once again violated the fair Credit act. XXXX has lawyers send attorney letter that unlawfully violated the fair credit act. The attorney letter they sent to me demanding in that letter attached asking over {$1300.00} more than what is being reported that I owe originally and is trying to scam me. they are attempting to extort money for me unlawfully as you can see on the attachment and I demand the XXXX XXXX accounts be removed from my credit files immediately and pay me {$1000.00} for this violation I have complained about this several times and XXXX XXXX has ignored the complaint multiple times and I demand it be removed from my credit files for deceptive trade practices and pay me {$1000.00} for the violation.
