I contacted Eastern Account Systems multiple times through phone calls and letters for a contract that this debt is my debt. I have not signed a contract with Eastern Account Systems. Easter Account Systems sent a bill summary from my doctor 's office. This is not a contract with my signature that I have a debt with Eastern Account, on the bill it has been written off which means Easter Accounts has paid a small amount for this debt to try to collect from me, which is we do not have a contract that states it is my debt. Additionally. I live in NC, Eastern account is not license to collect from me in NC. I have attached the bill with the NC address and I also have attached the states Eastern Accounts is license to work in. NC is not one which means they have not authority to even attempt to collect the debt, which once again I do not have a contract for or signed stating this is my debt. Additionally, XXXX deleted this collection account off my credit report and according to the law all credit agencies must report that same information.
