CD opened on XX/XX/XXXX with WELLS FARGO. CD at Wells Fargo over XXXX years. XX/XX/XXXX the date " Grace Period '' ended was on a XXXX and I was told business days were not applicable for the " Grace Period '' and I am sure that information was available when I initially opened the CD. I called Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX, on hold for about XXXX minutes with calling and transfers. Branches are not allowed to give me my rate over the phone????. After these transfers to various departments I was told NEW RATE of XXXX. While on hold I checked Wells Fargo website, it listed 3.5 % for a substantially lesser $ $ amounts than my CD. XX/XX/XXXX I took a day off work and traveled a XXXX, SC branch. They indicated that I would have to close old CD and open new CD. I received {$54.00} less than I initially deposited XXXX years earlier. So WF used my {$200000.00} for over 2 years and I owed them {$54.00}. That is a great endorsement for that bank. Ha Ha
