To whom it XXXX concern, I recently opened a Checking and Savings account with Wells Fargo. I initiated the account opening online and was prompted to visit a branch. Upon visiting the branch and providing all requested official identification documents, I successfully opened my account. Shortly thereafter, I began receiving suspicious phone and mail communications from local branch employees and other alleged corporate entities questioning the validity of my legal address. I made a formal complaint within Wells Fargo which has not been responded to with any official notice as promised. After visiting several branches and providing adequate identification, I have continued to receive other suspicious and antagonistic communications threatening to close my account for Failure to Provide Adequate Documentation. Currently, due to circumstances beyond my control, I am homeless and seeking employment. I am reaching out to your offices for assistance as I have not been able to access XXXX funds from XXXX to bathe, feed, or otherwise address essential functions of daily living. I feel victimized by my own financial institution and their openly divisive applications of government regulations. Attempting to resolve this has also led to greatly diminishing my professional reputation and is affecting my ability to seek and maintain gainful employment. Homelessness presents its own set of complications, however, I am disheartened and further burdened by being denied banking services at Wells Fargo merely because of being temporarily displaced, though, I have still managed to maintain a valid mailing address I have used without complications otherwise. I sincerely hope that youll be able to assist me in resolving this matter with Wells Fargo and set a firm precedent preventing this from happening to other citizens, immigrants, and migrant workers enduring similar circumstances who happily and gratefully toil in their efforts to support themselves and meaningfully contribute to this nation with or without any support from relatives and friends.
