XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX SSN : XXXX DOB : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I initially send an investigation letter to XXXX to investigate XXXX bankruptcy cases # XXXX and # XXXX that's currently listed on my consumer report back on XX/XX/XXXX, in which all XXXX consumer agencies, XXXX, XXXX, and Experian responded back and listed those bankruptcies as verified. After those results, I investigated the third party agency that XXXX, XXXX, and Experian stated that they used to verify those bankruptcies with, which was XXXX XXXX. Then I sent method of verification letters to XXXX XXXX to investigate both bankruptcies ( # XXXX ) and ( # XXXX ) and they were not able to verify that these bankruptcies, in which in turn XXXX XXXX removed these records from my consumer report with that reporting agency. This makes these cases unverifiable and should be removed from my XXXX, XXXX, and Experian consumer reports. I sent XXXX, XXXX, and Experian a copy of the XXXX XXXX investigation results, and they still responded that the bankruptcy cases # XXXX and # XXXX were properly verified, and it still remains on all XXXX consumer reports unlawfully. According to FCRA, if these bankruptcies are unverified by the third party agency XXXX XXXX, so by consumer law protection, these bankruptcy cases should be removed immediately from all XXXX consumer reporting agencies as well. If these consumer reporting agencies are to be investigated as of today XX/XX/XXXX, these bankruptcies ( # XXXX and # XXXX ) remain on my consumer report unproperly verified, which is in clear violation of FCRA.
