I have called and written the National Recovery Agency ( NRA ), located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX in an attempt to resolve this matter. This is not my debt. I ordered product from a company ( King Size ) in XXXX of XXXX, and it was never received. I disputed the charges with my credit card company ( XXXX XXXX ) and after a 30 day investigation and no response from the company, it was determined that the charges were fraudulent and illegitimate. I verbally explained this on multiple occasions to representatives from the National Recovery Agency as well as sent a letter in XXXX of XXXX ; explaining the situation in detail, this is a fraudulent debt that the NRA is harrrassing me daily to pay. This was resolved through my credit card company. I am not responsible for this debt. I never received the merchandise. This is harrassment.
