XXXX XXXX is reporting this account on my credit report and i have written them as well as all 3 credit bureaus challenging the 100 % accurate reporting of this account and each time they all send back a letter saying it is verified as accurate ... how is that possible? i have pointed out the inaccuracies to them all multiple times and they still ignore it and continue to violate my consumer rights... .i have attached a copy of how its reporting on my credit report for reference ..... they are reporting 3 different high credit limits XXXX reports {$470.00} XXXX reports {$0.00} equifax reports {$240.00} they are reporting 3 different dates of last payment on my report XXXX and XXXX are reporting XX/XX/XXXX equifax is reporting XX/XX/XXXX but if you look on the 2 year payment history equifax is also reporting XX/XX/XXXX as the date of last payment they are reporting 3 different dates of last active XXXX reports XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reports XX/XX/XXXX equifax reports XX/XX/XXXX i believe they are not conducting full and proper investigations as required by law ... .this reporting is not 100 % accurate at all and they are pencil whipping the responses
