I have not been able to log into myequifax.com since XX/XX/XXXX after an angry, rude, and incompetent Equifax employee CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION... TWICE! I now either get an error that I have no account, that the account is locked, that my password is wrong, or some other circle of error messages that won't let me log in. I called back the company and just got another rude agent who told me there's no issue on their end. This is my second complaint to the CFPB, I have also opened two cases with the XXXX neither of which were answered. HOW CAN EQUIFAX DENY ME ONLINE ACCESS TO MY CREDIT REPORT?? HOW IS IT NOT ILLEGAL TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TWICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?? Why are there rude jerks who barely speak XXXX with access to my credit report and personal information???
