I have had XXXX issues with Mosaic XXXX XXXX XXXX that I believe are predatory and unethical practices. Mosaic has had XXXX complaints of a similar nature to the XXXX in the last XXXX years. **** ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX Mosaic XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX First issue -- I was sold Solar by XXXX XXXX in Colorado for an apartment building I owned at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX CO XXXX XXXX After solidifying the order they recommended Mosaic Solar as the financing company. My payment was as expected for a while. Soon I received notice that because my loan balance hadn't fallen below a certain amount, my payment would increase to $ XXXX -- this despite me paying every payment on time for the last XXXX months per the contract ( via autopay ). Over the course of the last XXXX years I have paid only {$2700.00} in principal. I was never informed that I would need to make any additional payments ( on top of my regular installment payments ), nor that if I didn't make additional payments I would also have a greatly increased payment. I tried to contact both XXXX XXXX and Mosaic XXXX. I was able to reach XXXX XXXX but they informed me they could not help. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone for Mosaic other than a call center associate. Second Issue-I went to refinance my property where I had installed solar. Mosaic had put a lien on my property despite the fact that the loan was on the equipment. This incorrectly clouded title nearly prohibiting my refinance from going through. I had to hire a lawyer spending over {$3000.00} to get my mortgage company to agree to the refinance. My lawyer described the lien as barely legal and certainly unethical. It was nearly impossible to get someone on the phone at Mosaic until I retained a lawyer. I believe this company is unethical and predatory and should be held accountable.
