Venmo has repeatedly made it impossible to withdraw funds from my account without requiring a fee for immediate transfers to my debit card. I do not use Venmo often but every time I have tried to add my XXXX XXXX Checking Account to Venmo, I am given errors after error. I have manually tried to add my account but when I submit the Routing and Checking Number I receive an error that says " Form submission error. '' Conversely, when I try and add my XXXX Account using the automated Plaid service, it says that it completed but I am then given a message that an error has occurred and for me to try again. This has been an endless cycle of errors for which Venmo states " engineering is working on. '' This is unacceptable and illegal. Venmo can not force me to continue to pay fees due to 'system errors ' on their end that are verging on predatory.
