This complaint is against this online financial institution calls Gemini. I currently have {$58000.00} in their keeping. On XX/XX/XXXX. I initiated a withdrawal for {$2000.00}. Withdrawal is supposed to take 2-3 days. I waited a week, it never came. On XXXX the XXXX. I initiated another with withdrawal for {$1000.00}. Shortly after I received an email telling me that Id have both amounts deposited into my bank account on the XXXX. I gave my landlord a check and paid 8 days late fee ( {$10.00} a day ). The money never came. My account says that its being processed till now. My check bounced and all my other bills are unpaid. I reached out to Gemini ( XXXX ) via email ( that is the only way they can be reached, conveniently ( for them ). I asked for an explanation. I received a generic email about their withdrawal system being unavailable and the promise that they are working to fix it. Two days later, I sent another email requesting my account be closed and my balance transferred back to my back. I am still waiting. So far, Im still able to log into my account and see my balance. But nothing else is happening and no further explanation has been provided. They dont even have to decency to appease people with a live conversation. My account is under this email : XXXX Thanks
