Mr. Cooper failed to pay my insurance premium through escrow which caused my policy to be canceled in XX/XX/2022. This caused my insurance company to issue a new policy which is substantially higher than my previous policy. Mr. Cooper refuses to cover the difference although they admit to their mistake. Additionally, Mr. Cooper increased my mortgage payment nearly {$200.00}. I am also pursuing legal counsel with this issue.
