My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am the living man, executor, beneficiary of XXXX XXXX XXXX. It has come to my attention tht although i have written several letters asking for validation of debt, and audit trails in which i am not getting any response because of the automated system you have in place which in fact is a violation as well ... I am demanding these accounts be removed immediately off my credit report as it is in violation to the following federal constitutional laws 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( e ) 15 USC 1691 15 USC 1601 15 USC 1692 I am afraid these three credit reporting agencies have not been exercising the grave responsibilities that were given to them with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for consumers privacy. I did NOT give consent to these accounts.
