Dear, XXXX RE : The inaccurate and certifiably noncompliant information you are reporting To whom it may concern : I am writing you with this formal objection of information published and provided by you to XXXX, as reported and I demand for swift action on your part. Additionally, this notice also serves as my rightful demand for adequate investigation/reinvestigation into every aspect of any delinquency and/or derogatory data accused of me to ensure my lawful right of accurate and compliant reporting! You are improperly reporting an alleged Auto Loan, and XXXX loans to the credit bureaus that is clearly in noncompliance with recognized METRO2 Reporting Requisites per the CRGG as well as the FCRA, and thus damaging my credit reputation. Without being certifiably compliant with METRO2 reporting standards, you are in violation of the required permission to report a single aspect or notation of any alleged accounts, much less than an auto loan that you did not have permissible purpose to share my personal information. I formally contest the reportability of the alleged delinquent account.
