The weekend of XX/XX/2022 someone went and got a vehicle in my name. The loan they got was thru Toyota Motor Credit. Upon checking my credit a week later I notices a ton of inquiries on my report and a loan from Toyota Motor Credit in the amount of {$39000.00} the account number is XXXX... This is not mine I did not purchases a car, I have been fighting with toyato over this for months now. I file a police report and sent it to Toyota .I have spoke with several people at Toyota and each time it a different outcome.In XXXX I spoke with them and they said that the investigation was in process and that they sent a request to the credit bureaus to be remove. Monday XX/XX/2022 I call toyota again after seeing that it is still appearing on my credit report. When I talk to them they told that they cant prove if it mine or if it was fraud,, This is total XXXX. Now there is XXXX late payments on my credit that is effecting my score. I have sent in everything proving this wasnt me and all the calls to them and im getting no where with them.. I need your help in resolving this matter. I should not have to go thru all this just because I was a victim of identity theft.
