In XX/XX/2022 we purchased a home using XXXX XXXX company. During XXXX and XXXX we paid them {$180000.00}. They sold our loan to Amerihome Mortgage. During this process our extra payments got lost. XXXX XXXX says the money was transferred. Amerihome says they can't find it. Every time I call Amerihome I speak to a different person and get different answers to the same question. Finally they gave me an email address to file a complaint with. Two weeks later when I checked on my email I was told they no longer use that email address, and to file my complaint using a different method. Amerihome has copies of my bank statements and a copy of the payment history from XXXX. The problem is every time I contact them they tell me a different date of when I can get them to address this situation.
