On XX/XX/2021, I was informed via email that my PayPal account had been placed on a permanent hold due to an alleged violation of their policies. Despite my insistence that I had not violated any of PayPal 's policies, I was told over the phone that I would be able to retrieve the funds from my account after a hold period of XXXX XXXX.
