Over the last few months, I have disputed a fraudulent account on my credit report in the name of XXXX XXXX. I have never opened any type of account with XXXX XXXX nor did I ever authorize the opening of such account or any transactions afflilfated with that account. Each time I have disputed this account, I have not received any correspondence from XXXX XXXX and the both TransUnion and XXXX have come back and validated the account with providing me all the required documentation and evidence I requested in order to property and legally validate the debt under my name and social security number. This account violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act by reporting a fraudulent account without my consent, knowledge, or authorization to my consumer credit reports. XXXXXXXX XXXX has not sent me original contract with my wet-ink signature, all the statements with transaction history. the method of account opening, or any other evidence to validate this debt. This account does not belong to me as I have been a victim of identity theft which I have stated to all the credit reporting agencies so that they know the exact context of my dispute. Its been several disputes that have came back verified and it says they are meeting FCRA requirements, however each time I dispute they change the reporting on my credit reports. One month they change the statement, then the amount due, then they say its a charge off. Then it says profit and loss write off. They are simply executing delay tactics and blatantly violating FCRA rules and regulations. This account needs to be investigated thoroughly and my identity theft dispute taken seriously. I will not back down from these violations and obvious manipulation of the credit laws put in place to protect consumers like me that have been wronged and the company mishandling both the reporting of a fraudulent account and the improper investigations being conducted.
