The letter on pages 5 and 6 of the attached documents highlight a series of billing errors and federal law violations that took place as explained to and summarized by XXXX XXXX collection agent. XXXX XXXX had been denying me access to paper and electronic statements since XX/XX/XXXX. On page 5 the " Validation of Account Information '' table clearly states the account was allegedly palced for collection beginning XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, but was returned to XXXX XXXX on or around XXXX XX/XX/XXXX with effective date XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, page 3 of the enclosed documents, XXXX XXXX alleges the account was charged-off on or around XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. However, it was still with XXXX XXXX ' collection agent as of that date ( per page 6 ). Now, Since XX/XX/XXXX I have observed three ( 3 ) periods during which XXXX did not bill yet reported delinquency status to the consumer reporting agencies, advancing the delinquency by thirty ( 30 ) days coincident with the end of billing cycles : XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX claims the inaccuracy of the reporting has been due to my billing error disputes, for which the first billing error issues were raised in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX and their collections agent, and with their new collections agent on or around XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( see p. 7 -9 ). XXXX XXXX has never been able to reconcile my account, yet they have continued to supply false/misleading/inaccurate/unverifiable information to the CRAs that has been disputed every few months and then has to allegedly be " reconciled ''. Pages 9 through 18 provide an example of one such set of reconciliation which caused the month of XX/XX/XXXX to flip between paid as agreed and 120 days past-due, with an annotation for the prior period only alleged to be thirty ( 30 ) days past-due. I have received zero ( 0 ) statements from XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. At resent XXXX XXXX is claiming there is an alleged ninety-seven ( XXXX ) dollar amount past-due for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. Yet XXXX XXXX made clear to me on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX that " Because of the age of your debt, we can not report it to a consumer reportin agency. Paymen or non-payment of this debt will not affect your credit score '' ( see p. 2 ). It is clear that XXXX XXXX is unable to reconcile my accounts. The fact that XXXX XXXX acknowledged reconciliation needed to take place on multiple occasions is a clear indication that they have been unsuccessful, and incapable, of reconciling my account information to report accurate information to the CRAs. After over a year of attempts to reconcile my account, XXXX XXXX knows, or should know, the information they are supplying to the CRAs is inaccurate/unverifiable/misleading. As such, I am asking the account/tradeline to be completely removed from my credit files.
