Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/2022, I noticed on my XXXX Credit Report that there were information that is just inaccurate. The number is just way off what it needs to be, and it changes daily which is suspicious. I have addresses on accounts I never knew existed, and have never lived at. I have numbers on there that are not mine! These changes have been going on for a month, and have not stopped. I have tried reaching out to XXXX in order to investigate this, and put a stop to it via their website. I get a refusal from their customer support agent instead, saying that they do not handle such information and another party does. I have not authorized such sharing of information with another party! This is ridiculous! When I signed up on XXXX web site, I checked a box that tells me they respect my privacy. Being notified of that, now my information is exposed. I now have a 30 day late payment, 60 day late payment, other negatives that belong to someone else. This is a serious problem, and is improper. This is costing me ( {$600.00} ) a month just dealing with these inaccuracies on my credit report. XXXX has information that is not correct as well. Disputed this on the web site, only to get the same result. I received an auto reply from Equifax, and was told they are not receiving any more emails at the time, which I found highly confusing, because they are open and online a lot of the time, so I could not even get through to them. On my credit report, XXXX and Equifax information are certainly not the same as XXXX, and do not make sense. I am unauthorized on all three on the accounts, and having all this deceptive information is not okay. They are continuing to share my information, and they are continuing their deceptive practices. This is a violation of my right to privacy according to 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. I also did not give consent for my data to be shared, nor do I want it shared. According to 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I attempted reaching out to all three credit places about this, XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax, only to receive no help. So I am writing to you about this. My credit report is attached for reference. This is damaging my credit, hurting my finances, and causing me stress.
