I paid off the amount from Santander consumer in full in XXXX XXXX XXXX. I checked today to make sure everything was okay and then I see that it says that I missed a payment and owe XXXX dollars which is false information. I do not owe any money to them and confirmed with them that everything was paid off. This is false information and dropped my credit score for absolutely no reason. They are refusing to help me.
