In the Summer I requested a rescind of recession on my car loan. CarMax declined, but I also sent more letters and never gotten a response back. In my package that I sent with my letter of recession was Affidavit of truth, and a Cease and Deceit letter. They are not honoring my letter and keep reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I am not asking for the retail installment Contract, but I am asking for the Agreement that set for the security interest in place, that I agreed too. I am also asking back my security deposit. According to U.S.C. 15 section 1605 my finance charge was included in the insurance and was in the total of all transaction. CarMax also violated 5 U.S. Code 552a my personal information was given without my permission. I am requesting my Agreement of security interest, not retail installment, my down payment, and Cease and Deceit of reporting to any third party bureau 's.
