I had a credit balance on my business credit card. I asked CapitalOne to move the credit balance of {$3800.00} to my CapitalOne checking account in early XXXX. They sent me a check instead but put it in the name of the business that I have no checking account for. I called them and asked them to put the check in my name. They then said they have to stop payment on the check and it would take XXXX business days to get me a new check and it should be there by XX/XX/XXXX. Once again, I requested that they put the funds in my CapitalOne checking account. They didn't. They sent the check to wrong address. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called again and they said they had to stop payment on the check that was returned and it would take another XXXX business days but this time they would put it in my CapitalOne checking account. Today, XX/XX/XXXX makes it 9 days since they promised to put the funds into my checking account so I called and they said even though the supervisor requested XXXX, they made another check and it was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and It will take additional XXXX business days. They refused to give me another supervisor. They have had my {$3800.00} for more than a month. They ruined my XXXX for my family.
