On XX/XX/XXXX I was informed XXXX XXXX XXXX filed suit of a credit account they purchased in Small Claims court. I asked for information on the original credit card company and was denied any information on a old Credit card dispute over XXXX XXXX years ago. I am on a XXXX XXXX XXXX as of XXXX. The last payment was in XX/XX/XXXX but was told to get a copy or statements from XXXX XXXX XXXX I would have to pay all late fees and over limit fees FIRST... The dispute is the original Credit card XXXX would Post most payments on the day after the due date every month. I made a point to MAIL all payments in XXXX weeks prior to due dates ... After multiple attempts of trying to resolve the dispute and having my dispute filed to Credit Bureau .... The harrassment was overwhelming and the only recourse was to close the account which I did in XXXX. XXXX of the amount they claim I owe are Fraudulent Late Fees that continued for years. I am on a XXXX XXXX Permanent medical XXXX. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.
