XXXX, XXXX and Experian has violated my federally protected consumer right to privacy, confidentiality and agencies not reporting 100 % accurate information under 15 U.S.C 1681. Since l submitted Since l submitted complaints to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) Complaints XXXX for XXXX ID # XXXX, Experian ID # XXXX and XXXX ID # XXXX the agencys has reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX which is three out The several reporting companies l complaint to CFPB on XXXX concerning reporting inaccurate informations. The companys had changed their information to corrected the information reporting and sent the information back to XXXX, Experian and XXXX. Over the past several years l have disputing a lot of the inaccuracies information with the companys and credit bureau agencys until l filed the complaints with the CFPB thats when the Credit Bureau and Companys is now starting to correct the inaccuracy information been reported by the companys. Im uploading he changed they made because l filed the XX/XX/2022. There are several more companys that l addressed in my complaints on XXXX waiting to hear from the credit bureaus when changes going to occur. The inaccuracy information had impacted my life and Improper use of my report l did not give the Credit Bureaus written permission to furnish my account or my information. I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681. Improper use of my report and furnish inaccurate information has violated my right. 15 USC 1681 section 602 A. States l have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) section states : no consumer reporting agency may make any of the following items of information. Any other adverse items of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedated the report by more than Seven years. 15 US C 1681 s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall furnish any relating to consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
