This company is committing IDENTITY THEFT, I have NEVER gave permission nor written consent to report my PERSONAL information. The inaccuracy and improper use of my consumer report has caused an extreme burden on providing for family. According to the US District Bankruptcy court they do NOT provide personal information to reporting agencies, therefore there can not be a furnisher to verify the information. This information is only accessible on the XXXX system and they have a privacy discloser on their website that they DO NOT send information to XXXX parties. Retrieving a consumers private, personal information for profit is fraud. How can any of these companies state there is accuracy and verification, if the courts admit to NOT providing personal information?
