After receiving a CHIME XXXX XXXX XXXX for referring two customers to join CHIME, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to report that I do not have CHIME banking and did not refer anyone. A representative who called herself XXXX, wanted my social last 4 digits and DOB. I refused and asked for supervisor and was told there was no one and that Chime Financial was an online technical bank service with no address or Country of origin. So in order to report fraud I had to supply her my info and without it she could not help me. After talking with her at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022, I receive an email " Welcome to Chime, Create a password on Chime link. This is not the first incident of reported identity theft. I have never requested anything from Chime, referred any person, nor opened any account with this institution, nor their " Chat '' room. Thank you
