First of all, I would like to mention Public Policy HJR of 1933 a.k.a Public Law 73-10 which suspended the GOLD Standard and exempted US citizens from paying debts, so the provisions of this remedy considered all debts PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE PREPAID. I would also like to assert the true fact that I AM A CREDITOR, and according to 12 U.S.C 83, No national bank shall make any loan or discount on the security of the shares of its own capital stock. In accordance with the FCRA the list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681.
