We were in the process of switching banks to have payroll checks deposited into. I ( XXXX ) have had several checks go in already as it has been open more than 30 days. My XXXX employer was a little slower to make the change due to XXXX needing to verify open account. His employer issued him a live check which he took to Huntington to cash. They told him he had to deposit it and informed him XXXX would be available and the rest would be available at XXXX. None of it is available and wont be released until the XXXX according to customer service. XXXX went into the branch he cashed it at and they had no solution
