I opened a new account at Gemini XXXX XXXX ( https : //www.gemini.com/ ) online on XX/XX/XXXX. I deposited {$1000.00} cash into the account and brought about {$990.00} worth of XXXX under the exchange. I expected that I would be able to withdraw the crypto whenever its necessary. However I'm unable to do so. It gives me an error of security hold, but I've satisfied all of the company 's requirements and hold time. I have verified my account, made wired deposits from my bank, verified my identity by taking a picture with my drivers license and sent it to the customer service. The last message from their customer service was back on XX/XX/XXXX. They said they are working on removing the unreasonable restriction on my account, and I haven't heard from them since. Ticket # XXXX. I have followed up with them several times but they have not responded. Please help.
