On XX/XX/17 a second dispute was completed on a collection showing on my XXXX credit report. The institution that has filed the claim. Is not an accredited business with the XXXX, you can not get any documentation from the company to verify the information. At no time did I enter into any agreement or accept the amount being filed against me. I have no letters, voice mails, missed calls, emails, text etc. to verify they even tried making contact with me prior. Complete fraudulent and false information.
