Account # XXXX Source of dispute information : XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Associated with Late Payment : XX/XX/2020 This account is now closed. However I noticed XXXX late payment that is erroneous. This item is inaccurate because the CARES Act provided protection to consumers who were negatively affected during the XXXX pandemic. The XXXX late payment occurred during a forbearance period and according to this ACT, the creditor allowed me to temporarily pause my payment.
