Experian has claimed to have " verified '' the items I have previously disputed to be accurate and complete. However, when I pulled a new copy of my credit report, I noticed that the accounts and inquiries that I disputed are still there even though they are inaccurate and incomplete according to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX standards. I have attached letters with XXXX forms of ID showing how exactly these accounts and inquiries i'm disputing does not meet XXXX XXXX standards. I can tell that a proper investigation has not been conducted by Experian. As a result of this, it has caused me to experience credit and loan denials caused by the willful and negligent actions of this company. From my understanding, by not conducting a proper investigation, verifying inaccurate and incomplete information to be true, and causing me to suffer credit denials and financial harm due to willful negligence, this meets the requirements for a FCRA claim.
