Hello. This is not filed by a 3rd Party or a Credit Repair Facility. I just received a copy of my Credit Report and there are some accounts that violate my rights. In Accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Convergent these accounts below has violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Please provide me with 4 pieces of information regarding all of these accounts below. 1. The Original Contracts of these accounts with my signature on it. 2. Creditor 's Information ( Name, Address, and Phone Number ) 3. The Payment History And Itemized Billing Associated With These Accounts. 4. Proof Of Ownership ( Proof That The Company Trying To Collect The Debt Has Authorization To Do So ) If you can't provide me with this information please delete these accounts from my credit report. 1.
