NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE and OPPORTUNITY TO CURE : I am in receipt of dispute investigation results from Transunion LLC stemming from my initial CFPB complaint filed on XX/XX/XXXX. The CFPB complaint # is : XXXX. I received these results in the mail today, Friday, XX/XX/XXXX and the date issued on the result is : XX/XX/XXXX with corresponding file number : XXXX. I am no way satisfied with the results and am demanding Transunion to provide a detailed method of verification outlining how they came to their investigation results. Transunion is willfully and intentionally violating Federal law by continuing to report invalidated and unverified disputed information. I am demanding Transunion provide me with their written method of verification for : 1. On page 4 of 7 in their results it shows that a change was made to an item in my initial dispute. The change is listed as updated to : NOT SPECIFIED. It is also showing that this item is to remain until approximately XX/XX/XXXX. I need Transunion to provide written details concerning the verification and validation of : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # : XXXX. With whom did you speak? What is their name and title? What written documentation did they provide to you in order to update my dispute results as : Not specified? If you can not provide such within 10 days you will be sued for XXXX of XXXX. 2. On page 5 of 7 in their investigation results it reads : VERIFIED AS ACCURATE AND UPDATED. I am demanding Transunion also provide me with their method of verification for XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX. With whom did you speak? What is their name and title? What documentation did they provide you with in order to reach these results? I am demanding Transunion LLC to provide this information to me in detail and include the dates, names, documentation and personal identifying information they provided you with about me to in fact identify me as the individual you are reporting this information on. I am allowing you 10 days to cure or your company will be sued for defamation of character. I have attached documentation to correspond with the aforementioned.
