I bought my leased vehicle from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2022. They sent me the title in XX/XX/2022 with the wrong mileage written on the back. They more than doubled the mileage that was on the car and what was written on the odometer disclosure statement originally submitted to them with the car payoff. I immediately contacted them to make them aware that they wrote the wrong mileage and they were supposed to send me a notarized affidavit of correction and a notarized NJ XXXX odometer disclosure statement so I can title and register the car in my name as required by NJ XXXX. They sent me XXXX XXXX, again with the wrong mileage! I have spoken to numerous agents and supervisors. No one seems to know what they are doing. I have spent over XXXX hours on the phone fighting with them for what is rightfully mine since XXXX!! I have a new car loan with Bank XXXX XXXX and they are hounding me for the title since they are the lienholder. I have a car sitting here that I paid for that I can't register in my name and the current registration is expiring at the end of the year. This is unacceptable from a huge corporation. I never expected this to be such a hassle. There are hundreds of complaints against them on the Internet for titling issues.
