IN XX/XX/2022 I PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED INACCUARTE INFORMATION AND LATE PAYMENTS AND LATE PAYMENT ACCOUNTS BEING REPORTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT FROM EXPERIAN. I REACHED OUT TO EXPERIAN THAT SAME MONTH TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE INACCUARTE INFORMATION AND TO HAVE IT FIXED IMMEDIATELY. IT WAS CAUSING A GREAT DEAL OF XXXX AND XXXX XXXX AS A SINGLE MOM. I FIRST REACHED OUT TO EXPERIAN BACK IN XXXX OF XXXX VIA TELEPHONE TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT I HAVE DISCOVERED. EXPERIAN THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY WOULD OPEN AN INVISTIGATION TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. TO SEND IN SOME SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BACK UP MY CLAIMS WHICH I DID. EXPERIAN WAS THEN ABLE TO REMOVE ACCOUNTS THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ME HOWEVER EXPERIAN HAS FAILED TO UPDATE MY CREDIT REPORT ENITRELY DUE TO THE FACT THERE IS STILL LATE PAYMENT ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. THERE IS ALSO LATE PAYMENTS BEING REPORTED. ALONG WITH XXXX HARD INQUIRES THAT IS ALSO AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE. WHICH I HAVE EXPRESSED TO EXPERIAN NUMEROUS OF TIMES VIA PHONE AND THROUGH CERTIFIED MAIL THAT THE INFORMATION WAS INACCURATE AND TO PROVIDE SOME SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO VALIDATE WHAT WAS BEING REPORTED. HOWEVER, EXPERIAN HAS FAILED TO DO SO.
