Date : XX/XX/XXXX Re : Santander Consumers, USA Today, I made a payment toward my car note and it covered XXXX payments that was legitimately past due. The amount processed totaled {$1200.00} plus an convenience fee. I called the regarding loan company after payment processed on today, to ensure that I will be able to get late payment removed as verbally promised from employee # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. When I called today, I spoke with employee # XXXX ( XXXX ) regarding the payment update and she basically denied all of my request for " letter submission '' because as she stated " Good-will is not something that they consider from consumers. '' I explained that the late payments reports are inconsistent on my credit report, but she still denied assistance. Therefore, I asked if this denial is in writing or in the contract ( s ) so I can refer to it, respectfully. She said it is not in writing and I will hear the same denial from all of the customer service reps. Since the conversation and assistance was getting no where, so I requested to speak with a supervisor. Employee # XXXX refused to transfer and proceeded to " not hear me ''. Soon after, she disconnected.
