At this time, as in all other times, TransUnion has once again, blocked me from obtaining access to the information that they have on me. I continue to get my attempts denied. I have changed my passwords over and over and over again, and TransUnion continues to change my password, or deactivate it. When presenting me with a number to call, that number always leads to a person with a language barrier to English only to result in that person placing me on hold only to hang up. When a person honestly gets your explaining narrative wrong, and you have to respectfully repeat yourself, that is counterproductive. As a result of this, TransUnion blocks me from obtaining a free annual report, and accessing the information so that I can submit disputes. I am attempting to file a dispute against XXXX XXXX for fraud, and I can not do that unless TransUnion allows me unfettered access to the information.
