I am victim dentity theft. I was notified of my name in the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX data breaches. I filed a claim with XXXX and waiting on XXXX for their litigations to start. I have sent in letters, called and went online to dispute and say these accounts are not mine. XXXX XXXX fraudulant and was connected to a fraudulant address, was deleted of my account, then it reappeared again. Now I have to send in another AFFIDAVIT due to the credit bureaus incompetence and incomplete info. According to FRCA I have right to fair and accurate reporting on report.
