I have been trying to dispute an address that I believe to be a part of litigation in identity theft from a breach in 2017. And according to this they are not taking the proper step under the FCA to investigate, accurate information as well to withholding proof on how the information was obtained, re-adding previously deleted information, unwilling to verify an address, place on account through identity theft or fraud.
