On Tuesday XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX I entered XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' store to finance some furniture for my household. I was told to fill out an online application to see if I qualify for said loan. At XXXXXXXX XXXX I was denied for the credit after they ran my credit. They told they will send out an adverse action notice to my email address that I provided to them with more details of why I was denied. I still have not received the notice and as far as I know when they ran my credit a consumer credit transaction has to have taken place. Which they did not disclose the material facts with me at the time of the credit application being filled out and I did not receive any furniture. It is unfair that they have discriminate against me after I gave them my social security card number. Pursuing 15 USC 1602 ( L ) my social security card is my credit card so how can they deny me after I supplied them my credit card.
