Dear Sir/Madam, My name is XXXX XXXX , I am an American citizen living in XXXX. XXXX has been my home since I was XXXX years old and today I am XXXX years old. Last year I started a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX and plan on moving to New York sometime next year in order to grow the business. I ordered my free annual credit reports from all XXXX credit bureaus to make sure everything was ok and to my surprise there are almost XXXX closed accounts on my report. Someone has been opening accounts under my name, using them, dumping them on opening new accounts for the past XXXX years. As I mentioned earlier, I am in XXXX so it is extremely difficult to get in touch with law enforcement in order to open a case and find the perpetrator of these illegal acts. As a proud American who wishes to come home within the next year, how do I get my reports corrected? I am at the stage where I need to start building business credit and in order to do so, I have to also build my personal credit however with all these negative accounts under my name, it seem highly unlikely. I could contact XXXX of my lawyers to go at this but instead, I'd rather we find a solution together as I believe these wrongs can be corrected. Can you please assist me in this matter?
